Got my Blue Man Group tickets quick

Needed Blue Man Group tickets last minute for a trip to Vegas. Jumped on Vegas.com, found seats, and bought them. Took like 5 minutes. Tickets came to my phone right away. No drama. Show was great. It worked out perfectly.

Good value, minor snag with tickets

I booked tickets for David Copperfield and a room at the Luxor through Vegas.com. The prices were pretty competitive, especially for the hotel stay. Everything went smoothly with the hotel booking, no issues checking in. For the show tickets, I had a small hiccup where the email confirmation took a bit longer than expected to arrive, maybe 2 hours after purchase. It wasn't a huge deal since I booked a few days in advance, but it made me a little nervous for a bit. Customer service was helpful when I called to check, very polite. Overall, a solid experience and good value, just wish the ticket delivery was instant.

Saved money on Grand Canyon tour

I was looking for a good deal on a Grand Canyon helicopter tour, and after comparing a few sites, Vegas.com offered the best price for the specific tour I wanted. I applied a promo code I found online and it gave me a decent chunk off the total. The whole booking process was straightforward, and the tour itself was amazing. I felt like I got really good value for my money, especially with the discount. It was my first time using them, and I'm glad I did. Definitely worth checking out for savings.

Super easy booking for Mystere!

Oh my goodness, I used Vegas.com to book tickets for Mystere and it was absolutely fantastic! The website was so user-friendly and I found the exact seats I wanted with no hassle at all. My tickets were delivered right to my email, super convenient. I'm already planning my next trip and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend to everyone heading to Vegas!

Does vegas.com have a low price guarantee? Like if I see the same Grand Canyon tour cheaper on another site after I book, can I get a refund for the difference?

C Colin R. 2 months ago
I don't think they explicitly have a low price guarantee policy like some other travel sites do. You'd probably have to cancel and rebook if you found a better deal, assuming your original booking was refundable.

Not that I've seen. Usually, their deals are pretty good though, especially with a promo code.

How do you guys usually get your tickets from vegas.com? Do they mail them or is it all digital to your phone?

R Renee 2 months ago
Pretty much always digital now. They send you an email with the barcode or a link to your e-tickets. Super easy, just pull it up on your phone at the venue.

Yeah, I just showed my phone for the Jabbawockeez tickets. No printing needed which was nice.

What's the deal with cancellation and refunds if I book a show through vegas.com and then my plans change? Is it generally refundable?

M Megan Q. 1 month ago
Most show tickets are non-refundable once purchased, or only refundable if you cancel super early, like weeks in advance. Always check the specific ticket's policy before buying, it varies.

N Noor D. 1 month ago
Yeah, unfortunately, a lot of those show tickets are final sale. Hotels are usually more flexible, but for shows, assume it's locked in unless stated otherwise.

Are there any ways to stack discounts on vegas.com? Like, can I use a promo code AND get a military discount?

N Neil A. 2 months ago
From what I remember, most of their codes say you can't combine them with other offers. So probably not both at the same time.

I tried using a newsletter signup code with an existing sale and it wouldn't let me. Pretty sure it's one discount per booking.

Anyone know if you can change a hotel reservation easily on vegas.com after you've booked? Like if I need to adjust my dates?

T Troy Beaumont 1 month ago
It depends on the specific hotel booking and the terms. Some are more flexible than others. I had to change mine once and it was a bit of a hassle, ended up calling their customer service.

C Colin Patel 1 month ago
I think you'd have to check the cancellation policy for your specific booking. Sometimes it's better to cancel and rebook if it's within the free cancellation window, but watch out for fees if not.

Are there service fees when you book through vegas.com? Or is the price you see pretty much the final price?

T Troy G. 1 month ago
They usually show you the final price with fees included before you confirm, but yeah, there are sometimes service fees. It's not usually a surprise though.

I remember seeing them itemized at checkout, it's not hidden. Just factor it into the total when you're comparing prices.

Is it generally cheaper to book hotel rooms directly with, say, Bellagio, or does vegas.com usually have better deals?

D Dana 2 months ago
It really depends. Sometimes vegas.com has package deals or promo codes that make it cheaper, especially if you're booking a show too. But I've also found direct booking with the hotel to be competitive during off-peak times.

T Tom 2 months ago
I always check both. For my last trip, vegas.com had a better rate for MGM Grand when I bundled it with some show tickets. Worth comparing.

Thinking of booking a trip for Labor Day weekend. How far in advance should I book through vegas.com to get decent prices, especially for shows like O or Beatles LOVE?

F Faith 1 month ago
Labor Day is a busy one, so definitely book as early as you can for those popular shows. Like, at least a few months out if you want good seats for O. Hotels too.

E Emma 1 month ago
For big holidays, stuff sells out or prices jump fast. I'd say 3-4 months ahead if you want options and decent prices for top-tier shows and hotels.
